“Soap and education are not a sudden as a massacre but they are more deadly in the long run”

Mark Twain

Performance comedian/musician Henry Sargeant AKA Mr Vast, hit his forties and found that he was more absurd and full of fun than ever before!  Many mates seemed to be settling down, having families and all that… what was wrong with him?

During their research into the culture of fame , youth and new age healing actor Sargeant and director Wenzel, realized the self help book was not helping , that the Kid who started all this , Peter Pan, had very little to do with Disney and far more in common with the much maligned god of the forests Pan himself !

There must be a show in here somewhere!?
So the Peter Pan Syndrome was born… blending Dr Kileys bestselling self help book of the same titel, with the original play from JM Barrie, combining elements of theatre, karaoke, seminar. The unbridled nutcases Mr Vasts Theatre of Cack delve deep into the world of the evergreen lad and his attendant neurosis Full of dark humour this performance refuses to grow up!
